1. The [partnersdigital.telefonica.com] web site (the “Site”) includes the information about certain activities, functionalities, products and services that IoTBD Tech, and other entities within Telefónica Group, offers to the public.

2. These terms govern access and use of the Site. Access to the Site implies their unreserved acceptance. The use of information, functionalities, activities and/or products and services offered on the Site shall also be governed by the specific conditions stipulated in each case in the Site.

3. The intellectual property rights of the Site, its source code, design, navigational layout, data bases and various items of content are owned by or licensed to IoTBD Tech (and/or any other entity within Telefonica Group), which has the exclusive rights to use these in any way it deems appropriate, and, in particular, rights of reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation.

9. IoTBD Tech and/or Telefonica Group own the industrial property rights relating to its products and services, including those relating to, amongst other, the “Telefónica” registered trademark. With regard to third party products, services information or content, mentioned or published on the Site, IoTBD Tech acknowledges the claim of the owners to the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights, their mere mention or inclusion in the Site according IoTBD Tech no rights or responsibility whatsoever in respect of the said products and services, nor implying any endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation on the part of IoTBD Tech.

Should the user is required to be registered as a Site user for accessing to part or the whole content of the Site, the user may be required to provide, amongst other things, a valid e-mail address and/or a mobile telephone number. During the registration process, the user will be required to choose a User ID and a password for access to part or the whole content of the Site. The user shall be responsible for choosing a password using number and letter and if allowed by the systems, punctuation marks or other special characters. Except otherwise included in any specific conditions accepted through this Site, IoTBD Tech and the user, expressly waiving their right of recourse to any other jurisdiction, hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the user's place of residence for the resolution of any dispute that may arise in relation with access to this Site. If the user's place of residence is outside of Spain, IoTBD Tech and the user, expressly waiving their right of recourse to any other jurisdiction hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Madrid (Spain).
